By installing or using the Calendar Hours Tracker Chrome extension (the “extension”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the extension.
The extension is a productivity tool that reads events from your Google Calendar (with your permission) and totals the hours by calendar and keyword for a date range you select. It is provided by Hyggetimen ApS primarily for internal use by Hyggetimen team members and partners.
You must have a valid Google account, be authorised to access the calendars you connect, and be at least 18 years old. Hyggetimen may grant or revoke access to the extension at any time without notice.

Your use of the extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data the extension accesses and how it is handled. The extension does not transmit your calendar data to Hyggetimen servers.
The extension is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Calendar totals and Excel exports are provided for convenience and you remain responsible for verifying their accuracy before using them for payroll, billing, or any other business purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyggetimen ApS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the extension.
The extension relies on Google’s authentication and Calendar API services. Your use of those services is subject to Google’s own terms and policies. Hyggetimen has no control over and is not responsible for changes Google makes to its APIs.
You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it from Chrome and revoking its access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Hyggetimen may terminate or suspend access to the extension at any time, including by removing it from the Chrome Web Store.
We may update these terms as the extension evolves. The “Effective” date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
